Rapper Tyga Takes Umbrage To Being Called A Pedophile On Instagram (The Woes Of 'Dating' Kylie Jenner)
WELL.....the rapper Tyga (formerly engaged to Blac Chyna) is apparently upset with one of his twitter followers for calling him a pedophile and saying that his son should be taken away from him. Why? Because he's apparently dating Kylie Jenner, age 17.
(TWITTER FOLLOWER) @smartchik78 wrote 'Nasty ass pedophile..your career and family is worth losing over this Kardashian baby thot @kyliejenner..I hope @blacchyna takes you away from your son..you should be locked up (sic).'
Now apparently he's denied that he was dating Kylie--and in the response above he doesn't say that they were/are dating--just that she's a dummy for believing everything she reads. But they were just spotted in France together, and traveled together--and none of her family was with her. She's still a minor. What 24 year old (with a child, no less) is friends with a 17 year old, so much so that they travel together, alone? That looks shady as hell. Especially when you know Pimp Mama Kris lets her underage daughters do what they want.
So yeah, I believe it. A creeper's gonna creep. And get mad when you call them out. I mean, he isn't a pedophile; she's not a little girl. But it is creepy. No matter how 'mature' she is, she's still a teenager. I mean geez--wait until she's 18.
And good Lord is he fine.
This story first came to my attention on Facebook, as it was trending that he'd gotten a role on Game of Thrones. I hope it's not going to be a throwaway or blink-and-you'll-miss-it role, but we'll see. His charactor's name is Malko, and he isn't in the books. That should make a few people mad.
But his bigger role is in Trumbo--the story of Dalton Trumbo, a screenwriter who was blacklisted for refusing to testify during the Red Scare/McCarthyism. The movie stars Bryan Cranston, and also features Helen Mirren, Diane Lane, John Goodman, Roger Bart, and Peter Mackenzie.
He plays as Virgil Brooks--a prison guard (?) at Ashland Federal Prison, who has daily contact with Trumbo. Wow. I wasn't thinking that dude actually went to jail for refusing to testify--but I suppose that's about right. It was in the early days of McCarthyism (1947), and so I guess the punishment was a lot more severe--especially since he was probably one of the first to refuse to testify.
Adewale will also star in Annie (Jamie Fox and Quvenzhane Wallis), and NBC's Odyssey.
As a sidenote, this film has some interesting producers--namely that two out of the seven named producers ( Shivani Rawat, Nimitt Mankad, Monica Levinson, Michael London, Janice Williams, Kevin Brown, John McNamara) are Indian, and come from the same production company, along with Monica Levinson (ShivHans Productions). Thank you. More women. More non-white people. Work together. Make something that's interesting--although we need less biopics and remakes.

So back in late May Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell split. They'd been married for a little under two years, and had a baby boy together. It was already known that Evan is bisexual, so I heard a ton of rumors that Evan wanted to get a little strange from the ladies, instead of from her husband.
I find those rumors to be ridiculous, to be honest. If Evan hadn't said anything about being bisexual, then people would've claimed that they were too young, it was too stressful with a baby, and so on--anything else that anyone can think of that a young couple goes together that would break them up......instead of just breaking up, Evan and Jamie had to get a divorce. Especially since there were no substantiated cheating rumors about either of them.
But because Evan identifies as being bisexual--then she must obviously want to sleep with women. Because bisexual people can't be monogamous. At all. And that's why she left her husband. Because obviously her and her husband didn't decide that they were better off as friends (or maybe friends with benefits?). Or decide that they were not a couple in it for the long haul, and did not work well together, no matter how much they loved each other. Or decide that they really, really, really did not love each other the way a woman loves her husband, and a man loves his wife--and decide to separate.
But of course.
I don't see Jamie throwing any twitter shade on the mother of his child.
But then Us Weekly throws a wrench in those thoughts.
Evan is currently dating Katherine Moennig (Ray Donovan), as they were seen together on the 13th, at a Gala in Los Angelas, looking very couple-y. According to Us, Evan and Katherine started together after a 'couple of flirty tweets', back in February 2014--three months before Evan and Jamie separated.
Here are the tweets:
Just saw @katemoennig at a flea market. I turned to mush and ran. Love her!!
Now, God forbid I police a grown woman's tweets, but that last one made me cringe. Especially the last sentence. To me, that shows that her mind was on the dirty. Because I saw nothing in those tweets but someone who maybe had a crush on another someone (which wouldn't have even gone noticed or commented on negatively if those someone's weren't both women--especially in Hollywood), up until that last sentence.
I mean, maybe Evan was just playfully flirting--some people are like that. They flirt with everyone. But I find it just so....odd to do it on twitter like that. Because now that they're actually dating--people are going to point to those tweets and say that Evan left her husband to dip in the lady pond--and was probably doing so before they separated. Which I'm not sure is or isn't true anymore. At the very least, I think there was an emotional enchantment--which, I'm guessing that Evan shared with Jamie, and they talked about it, before deciding to separate. I think that's good.
But no matter what happened, I'm glad that Evan waited a few months (nearly five months) to be seen with her new honey. I think that's very respectful of her ex, and it shows maturity to me. To wait and see if you're compatible past the new rush of hormones. Kind of reminds me of Brangelina.

Lupita attended the Sindiko Dokolo Art Foundation dinner in London last night, wearing a pleated LBD, black pointed heels, a gold headband, and an amazing makeup job. Girlfriend needs to just stop with the headbands. This one is actually kind of cute, because it's tiny and barely noticeable, but still. I abhor her headbands--all of them. Especially the one she wore for the Oscars. *Shudders*
It would've been better to have worn a pair of gold earrings, bracelets, or a few rings....anything but that headband.
But I think that it's great that she's not 'denying' her heritage--she's going to events that matter to her and her cultural history. I hope she becomes the 'face' of something like that.
And ewww....she's talking to Jeremy Pivens. Dude's face screams creep to me. I've heard some pretty sleazy rumors about him over the years. She needs to back away. I'm glad she hasn't been seen with Jared Leto in a long while.
You can see the pictures here.
Several women in Hollywood are set to receive the Elle: Women In Hollywood covers later, as the actual awards are on October 20th. Elizabeth Banks, Jessica Lange, Brie Larson, Annette Bening, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw get covers.
You can see them here.
Elizabeth Banks cover is really pretty. I love the flower covering her mouth--I like that they don't have her do some half smirk or ducked lip'd pose. She's a grown, feminine woman. She looks like a grown, feminine woman. Not a "I'm a cute girl of 40." woman/girl.
Jessica Lange's cover is awesome. Know why? Because she actually looks like a beautiful woman in her sixties. One of the things that I love about her is that she hasn't botoxed herself to hell and back.
Annette Bening's cover is the absolute worst out of all five of them. Like every other cover is beautiful and amazing, and it's like they got sloppy with Annette's. Which, I don't understand how you can actively make her look old (old) and stiff, when she just isn't. I think it's the hair. I like the suit, the pose, even the shoes with no socks--but the hair. Don't they have hair stylists? Who could come up with something better than that? God, I hope she didn't like the way she looks. She looks like Portia de Rossi's character on Scandal.
Brie Larson looks really good--I love the gold necklace and her hair. It suits her. I'm rather surprised to see she's an actress, because I was really sure (just by looking at her name and picture) that she was a model that I probably hadn't seen before, and if I had, then I couldn't tell her apart from all the rest. But I've never seen her in anything. So she's moving up.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw's cover is my favorite out of all of them. My favorite part of the whole thing is her two earrings (don't know what the second one is called). Only thing I don't like is that lipstick--I think her natural lip color would've worked better with the overall theme of her cover (she looks like she's supposed to be a dancer/ballerina to me, but the 'coat' is rather heavy), but she looks great. She is honestly one of the most beautiful women I've seen in Youngish Hollywood.
