I've always like Keke--I grew up watching her movies, always thought she was really cute and talented, but I never imagined that she'd end up like this. I guess I was used to the usual Disney/Young Starlet routine, which basically ends up with her being more famous for shaking her booty in her music videos/movies, than for actually being a good singer or actor. But she's moving up. She's made some really cool and interesting career moves (Masters of Sex and her talk show, Just Keke), and I can't wait to see what she does in the next few years.
Keke is going back to Broadway to play Cinderella, and has a short profile interview with Vanity Fair.
About Her Acting Process: “Children have much easier access to their emotions. I think that most of that—my natural child-like instincts—I have kept alive.”
